If you would like to learn the foundations of 'Nutrition' i.e. What are Carbohydrates? What carbs are better for me? How much Protein do you need personally on a daily basis? How to portion appropriately, How much water should you actually consume on a daily basis?.......contact the Sports Centre closest to you to inquire as to dates for the next available course.

PLEASE NOTE - This is a 4 week course now (1 lesson per week). Schedule as follows:
MONDAYS 11.15 - 12.15 at Water Lane Sports Centre, Lowestoft
TUESDAYS 4.45 - 5.45 at The Phoenix Pool & Leisure, Bradwell
WEDNESDAYS 4.45 - 5.45 at Water Lane
THURSDAYS 1.30 - 2.30 at The Phoenix
(So, if you book on for the Mondays that will be your day for the 4 weeks and so on...)
