Hi! My name is Donna Boggis of ‘Eat Yourself Colourful’ and I am excited to bring to you the launch of my brand-new website!

Based in Lowestoft but offering my services in all surrounding towns and villages (Nationally & Internationally online!) I am your resident Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Herbalife Ambassador. I have over 20 years’ experience in the health & fitness industry having started out in 1995. As you will see from my website my years of experience is backed up by countless qualifications including Level 3 Advanced ‘Personal Trainer’ and Level 5 Advanced ‘Nutrition Consultant’. I have been a ‘Group Exercise Instructor’ since 1995 teaching classes from ‘Stretch’ to ‘Insanity’ continually evolving to ensure I am up to date with current trends. You will find me teaching most frequently at Waterlane Leisure Centre, Lowestoft and Bannatynes Health Club, Lowestoft. As a Personal Trainer, I work with my clients on how to utilise their exercise-time ‘effectively’ – Train Smarter Not Harder! Tailoring personalised programmes to see the results they alone are struggling to achieve.


I became an Ambassador for Herbalife back in 2012. Love or hate ‘supplements’, the reality is that most of us need to include supplements in to our daily nutritional lifestyle to ensure optimal nutrition. Herbalife has proven itself to be the World’s No.1 for Meal Replacements and Protein supplements owing to their purity; anybody can use Herbalife Nutrition – the elderly, infirm, pregnant women even children! I have helped hundreds of people achieve their health and body fat/weight goals with the additional of Herbalife.

As a fully qualified Nutrition Consultant I can tailor a personalised meal plan to assist you in achieving your goals be they fat/weight loss, weight gain, muscle-mass gains, sports-specific…. I also have several successful tried and tested Meal & Exercise plans within my repertoire on offer.


Leading a healthy, active lifestyle is essential for us all but ultimately, understanding that 80% of the way we look, and feel is as a result of our Nutrition and only 20% as a result of Physical Activity will see you heading the right direction.
